Retreats and Tours Peru offers a start to finish plan for an incredible turn-key retreat packed with transformation and adventure. Retreats are one week long, Saturday to Saturday, April through November.
Transportation, lodging, food and all group excursions are included for you and a guest.
We will arrange the itinerary, collect the payments, and manage all the details. Of course, we will set things up to suit your preferences, but generally speaking, this is how it happens:

I.
Lodging
You will be staying at the Royal Inka Pisac. The privacy and tranquility of the venue stimulates precious moments of relaxation, rejuvenation, and insight and encourages connection and harmony within the group. The river running alongside the hotel provides a wonderful, walkable, place for contemplation.
II.
Cuisine
Peruvian cuisine is made up of healthful ingredients unique to the area and prepared by a professional chef. In addition to the local fare provided at mealtime, a snack buffet is laid out in the evening, inviting you to gather to relax, converse, and forge deep relationships.
III.
Scheduling
Teaching takes place in the morning and evening, with excursions, and time for relaxation in between.

Excursions
Experience the energy of timelessness that resides in the Sacred Valley of the Incas. Encounter the local culture and appreciate the epic history represented in the architecture and stories recounted by a passionate, experienced guide.

Planning
We want to be sure you are happy with the itinerary and have everything you need to make the retreat a fabulous experience not just for the attendees but also for you. We love to come up with activities specific to your teaching to make the retreat more impactful. We will send you a Sample Itinerary as a starting point. The sample itinerary includes 16 hours of teaching, but you can do more or less whatever suits you. This is a retreat, not a convention. People are paying for the opportunity to learn in an intimate and exciting setting.
VI.
Marketing
We will post the retreat on our website. Those interested in attending will be able to find everything they need to know about the retreat, ask questions, see photos, and register. I will need your teaching points and benefits, 1-3 brand images and your photo and bio. Of course, your audience is the most likely to see the value in a retreat with you. We will send you a Media Kit complete with photos, content and a link to the retreat landing page. We will make it as easy as possible, but, because we know that people who are already familiar with you are the most likely to attend, you are responsible to fill the retreat.
VII.
Finances
We will give you a price per person once we agree on an itinerary. You will add your fee and that will be the cost of the retreat for attendees. You are encouraged to sell post retreat follow up teaching in the form of an online class or Zoom meetings with you. We are happy to sell your books or other materials and one-on-one sessions at the retreat. That revenue goes entirely to you.
VIII.
Payment
You will be paid your full fee 60 days before the retreat. All transportation, lodging, food, and group excursions are included for you and a guest as long as you have a minimum of five attendees. (Less than five, just for you.)
IX.
Cancellation
Canceling a retreat is the WORST. Your loyal followers have already signed up to be sure not to miss out. They will lose their deposits and may have already purchased their airline tickets. These are the last people we want to disappoint. For this reason, we do not have a requirement for a minimum number of people. We will not cancel. Whether you bring five or forty people, we will welcome you.

Deposit
Once we have agreed upon an itinerary and price for your retreat, you will be required to pay a $1200 deposit to start the process of creating your landing page and Media Kit.

While people go to a conference for the information, they come to a retreat to spend time with YOU and other like-minded people. But it isn’t a vacation, they want to learn, renew, discover, and grow. In service to that, we cap the group size at 40. We experience life-changing excursions together.
We will go to a Quechua village and spend a day with the local people, visit locations off the beaten path and known for their ancient energy, and learn about the amazing history of the area and the way it affects today’s culture. We can practice yoga at the Sacsayhuaman Archeological Site and ride horses to the temple of the moon. We will work together to see that the retreat is perfectly suited to you.
