Hi, I’m Nicole van Kuppeveld, a leadership researcher, CEO and founder of Organizations by Design Inc.
For 10 years, early in my career, I worked as a vocational counsellor helping people who were off work due to stress and illness. What I quickly realized was that the common thread for many of these individuals wasn’t just personal health—it wasn’t just their toxic workplaces.
